Adventure
Nearby the Andean Mountains there is emerald color lagoon, located inside a volcano crater with a height of 3800m named Quilotoa. The drive passes through Zumbahua canyon and tons of indigenous towns & farmlands. We will have a visit to either Saquisilí (Thursdays), Zumbahua (Saturdays) or Pujilí (Sundays) indigenous market. Before lunch we will trek to the lagoon shore, where the guide will be telling about this place.
Weather on Quilotoa is very unpredictable so we recommend being prepared with warm & waterproof clothing. Please be acclimatized around 3000m before taking this tour.
